 Basic Serger will begin again on May 14th and continue on the follow dates:

 This is a 4-session class which covers all aspects of the basic serger.  Basic serger covers the serger from removing it from the box to learing how to create trims and many other secrets of the serger.  You will master threading, tensions, rolled hems, flacklocking, and many other techniques.  Sign up at the store. 
   
  
    
 Machine Quilting  with Linda Heithold

You will create, design and decorate your own paper mache’ (or fabric mache’) pollo loco - crazy chicken. A complete kit of colorful fabrics, Mexican oilcloth, glitters, rhinestones, sequins, colored feathers, decorator paper, ribbons, trims, beads, buttons, and fiesta paint will be provided for a $25 fee.  This class will focus on the basic quilting stitch with "how to" techniques for straight line quilting and curves.  Includes marking your piece, and what type of batting to use for easier needling. This quilt pattern was featured in the March 2008 issue of American Quilter's Society Magazine.
